What information is encrypted?

People's names and all opinions, reasoning, and textual comments they provide are encrypted in the database.

Can the software user see who said what?

No. Only a group member can see what they entered.

How are conversations held if no one knows who said what?

The software displays opinions and the reasoning behind them without attribution to any individual. Their accuracy is discussed based on the reasoning's merits. This prevents the Ad Hominem Fallacy, where people skew their agreement or disagreement based on their view of the source and the person behind the reasoning.
