The group decision design activity is both a loop and a cascading activity.
Loop - a time-based signal to 'Correct Design Drift' triggers a 'delta' version of the same steps to identify where changes in the context and implementation mean the goals and actions needs to be adjusted.
Cascade - many of the actions to produce the goals are candidates for group decision design. Some of its actions are candidates for group decision deisgn.
